Onawa's second annual Harvest Festival on September 8-10th, 2017. A community event to promote local businesses and crafters. Also to bring the City together for fun and entertainment; including a Carnival, Vendor Fair, Kids Games, and much more. All proceeds will go to the Central Park Project.
