Successful bidders are purchasing with no financing contingencies and must be prepared for cash settlement of their purchase on or before January 31, 2017 or after any objections to title have been cleared. Final settlement will require certified funds or wire transfer. Possession will be given at settlement subject to the existing Farm Lease which expires March 1, 2018. Taxes will be prorated to Date of Closing.
The Cash Rent of $250.00 x’s Cropland Acres will be assigned to the buyers of the farmland receiving first payment on March 1st and second payment on September 1st 2017. The following totals apply: $27,675 for Tract One, $48,225 for Tract Two, and $24,000 for Tract Three.
