To settle the Estate of Douglas Nutt we will auction the following described Real Estate and Personal Property to the Highest Bidders! Come prepared to Buy!

Auction Procedure: Come early to look around and make your inspections. The Home will be opened at 4:30 P.M. Everyone will have the opportunity to check everything out. At first we will take requests to sell individually items of Furniture, Smalls, and Appliances, tools, bikes, lawn mower etc. (As is Where is), then immediately to follow  we will Auction the Real Estate (Home). Please be on time!

Legal: Lot 13 BLK 14

General Description: 832 SF Home with 5 total rooms and 2 bedrooms. There is a detached Metal Building on the property. No Furnace. The Property is Selling in its Present Day AS IS CONDITION.

Terms: Any personal property will be settled for at the auction. On the Real Estate we shall ask that the Buyers sign a Purchase Agreement and give 10% down Earnest Deposit. Annoucements at auction take presedence. The balance will be due at Closing in approximately 30 days with Possession.
