Order of Sale: Tools & Household, Real Estate, then Mfd. Home, and then the Classic Automobile.

1971 Mfd. Home of 672 SF, 1 full bath, 2 bedrooms, and other amenities. 1 small metal storage shed. 1 single car garage building. Terms & Condition: The Buyer must make arrangements to remove said Home and other buildings off the property by Oct. 12th, 2011 unless they buy Land.

1972 Chevrolet Chevelle/Malibu 4 door totally original, 36,700 miles, 307 cu in, mint condition. Color - Exterior Gold, Interior White. Previous owner gave it the best of care! Note: It is rare to find them in such great original condition! 4 - Additional vintage matching Chevrolet wire/sporty Hub Caps to sell after car.
